Road network
.Industrial and Commercial Park 30-55 Inc. is
located directly at the foot of Laviolette Bridge on the south shore
of St-Lawrence river in the western area of Ville de Bécancour.
As implied by the name, the site is delimited in the south by highway
30, in the east by expressway 55 and in the north by the St-Lawrence
River. In addition, it is sited between expressways 20 (Trans Canadian)
and 40, to which it is linked by expressway 55. Quebec Department
of Transport has undertaken, in 2001, the restoration of this section
to expressways 20, which will increase the efficiency of exchanges
between the two shores of the St-Lawrence. This project confers, to
Industrial and Commercial Park 30-55 Inc., a choice location at the
core of Quebec main thoroughfares. |

Port Installations
Because of its location, Parc Industriel
et Commercial 30-55 inc. is barely 10 minutes away from two deep
water ports, Trois-Rivières and Bécancour, operating
all year round.

Airport
The area is served by l'Aéroport régional
de Trois-Rivière. Its main vocation centres on small aviation,
as well as commercial and industrial aviation. Eight companies are
presently established there. The air terminal houses a flying school,
a restaurant, air companies offices, a lecture hall, the pilot lounge,
the administrative offices as well as the approach Unicom. Each year,
more than 37,000 movements are effected. |

Railway Network
Bécancour and Trois-Rivières are
served daily by the Canadian National (CN) network. This network crosses
the continent from east to west and from north to south. It reaches
ports on the Atlantic coast as well as on the Pacific coast. It is
also linked to Transportación Ferroviaria Mexicana (TFM) to
reach Mexico.
